The SCANPAN Classic 28cm Fry Pan features the unique STRATANIUM non-stick coating that enables fat free frying. This fry pan is designed and made in Denmark from environmentally friendly, recycled aluminium with SCANPAN's STRATANIUM non-stick coating non-stick surface. SCANPAN Classic cookware is oven safe to 250°C with even heat distribution and unsurpassed durability. The handle is fixed to the body of the pan using a patented system without rivets, screws or springs.

Maintenance and Care
- Before First Use
- Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
- Routine Cleaning
- When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat.

GAS
- Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
- Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard
- Ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction
- Induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
- Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
- Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty
