Maitre D Copper is SCANPAN’s unique induction-compatible copper cookware available in three popular Fry Pan sizes with Dutch Oven and Sauté Pan options also available. Together with a copper external shell, its multi-ply construction has a 1.8mm gauge aluminium core enveloped by copper on the outside and stainless steel on the inside and will deliver superior heat conductivity with a gauge more than 3 times thicker than regular single ply cookware . Handles are made from cast stainless steel and secured with heavy duty rivets. The base has an aluminium disc and covered with an induction steel cover plate.

Oven-safe to 260°C. Lids sold separately.
