This Classic 30cm Wok is perfect for stir frys and Asian cooking. This wok is designed and made in Denmark from environmentally friendly, recycled aluminium with an excluisve Stratanum PFOA free non-stick surface. SCANPAN Classic cookware is oven safe to 250°C with even heat distribution and unsurpassed durability. The handle is fixed to the body of the pan using a patented system without rivets, screws or springs. The Classic collection is the biggest and most comprehensive SCANPAN range available in the market today, with more than 50 individual pieces to choose from.

Maintenance and Care
- Before First Use
- Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
- Routine Cleaning
- When cooking is complete, empty contents and use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat.

GAS
- Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
- Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard
- Ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction
- Induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
- Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
- Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty
