While the knife is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, hand washing is recommended to maintain the blade's performance and appearance. For optimal results, use SCANPAN Steel Cleaner to keep the blade in top condition.

Use and Care

• Sharpen your knives regularly, about 2 to 4 times a month if you use them frequently.
• Always hand wash your knives with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry them immediately to prevent rust.
• Avoid using dishwashers, as they can dull the blades.
• Make sure to use the appropriate knife for each task.
• Store knives safely in a knife block or on a magnetic strip.
