Crafted from durable stainless steel with a micro hairline finish, the hollow-ground blade ensures smooth and precise cuts every time. The high-density polypropylene handle features a textured, anti-slip surface, providing a comfortable and secure grip. Each knife comes with a smart blade cover for safe storage and added protection.

The knife is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, although hand washing is recommended to maintain the blade's performance and appearance. For optimal results, use SCANPAN Steel Cleaner to keep the blade in top condition.

Use and Care

• Sharpen your knives regularly, about 2 to 4 times a month if you use them frequently.
• Always hand wash your knives with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry them immediately to prevent rust.
• Avoid using dishwashers, as they can dull the blades.
• Make sure to use the appropriate knife for each task.
• Store knives safely in a knife block or on a magnetic strip.
