The SAX (meaning sword) range is the latest release from SCANPAN and features three very useful set configurations. All of the knives are heat-welded and the ergonomic handles have a grippy feel for comfort and safety. This range is only available in a 6 Piece Block Set and 2 x sets. The blades are made from high-quality German Stainless Steel and have a bolster designed for easy feel and greater comfort.

Maintenance & Care
- Cutting on soft, non-abrasive surface such as a bamboo timber or plastic cutting board will prevent premature dulling of the blade.
- Regular use of integrated sharpener will ensure that your knives retain their keen razor sharp edge.
- SCANPAN SAX knives are dishwasher safe, however, the use of harsh detergents may cause discoloration of the handles and pitting of the blades. These are precision cutting instruments and as such the blade edge could become dull or chipped if contact is made with other items in the dishwasher. We recommend that you hand-wash your knife and dry it thoroughly.
- Use a knife block or knife magnet to hold the knives and protect the blades. Never store knives loose in drawer

GAS
- Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
- Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard
- Ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction
- Induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
- Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
- Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty
