STRATANIUM LEAP is an advanced mineral-based non-stick surface technology developed exclusively by SCANPAN, created through a high-temperature curing process that forms a dense, hard, and stable coating strongly bonded to the pan. This proprietary, PFAS-free surface offers excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and durable non-stick performance suitable for everyday cooking  

The Scanpan Nura (Fry Pan) is designed for consistent performance, combining durable Danish craftsmanship with advanced non-stick LEAP technology for everyday cooking. 

With its wide cooking surface and balanced design, it’s ideal for everything from eggs and vegetables to searing meats. 

Non‑stick coatings made without PFAS will provide the benefits of non-stick cooking while avoiding the environmental persistence and health concerns linked to “forever chemicals".
