Use & Care
SCANPAN Classic Tools are dishwasher safe, however the use of harsh chemicals may dull cause damage. We recommend hand-washing and drying thoroughly after use

Excellent design, well balanced
So many things are good about this
- the handle is made of a non-conductive material, so you can cook at high temperatures without worrying about burning your hand
- the edge between the neck of the tool and its handle is metallic, so you can leave it to sit at the lip of a wok and not worry about melting the handle
- the turning edge is sharp enough to split a piece of chicken you're frying, to check if its cooked well
- the turner itself is well balanced between the handle and turning edge, so you can leave it to sit on the edge of an empty wok, and it won't tip the wok over
My only regret was not buying one earlier
