One of our most popular individual pieces, this SCANPAN Classic 27cm Grill Pan enhances a healthy grilling experience! It has SCANPAN's STRATANIUM non-stick coating non-stick surface and is designed and made in Denmark from environmentally friendly, recycled aluminium. SCANPAN Classic cookware is oven safe to 250°C with even heat distribution and unsurpassed durability.

Maintenance and Care
- Before First Use
- Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
- Routine Cleaning
- When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat.

Scanpan Classic Grill Pan
The handle just fell off my grill pan! I'm terribly hard on my pots and pans having worked in commercial kitchens for many years - it mostly goes in the dishwasher. The coating has all but come off the outside which annoyingly exposes me to black aluminium dirt on my hands. It regularly gets used over high gas heat. I use olive oil on it when I want to char my eggplant. I also pan grill steaks on liberally salted
pan till its poppin! Probably not meant to but its the way I cook.
I love it because it is lightish - my arthritis does anyhow.
It's time it was regaled to the bin which is disappointing but I've had a few good years out of it. I probably did all the wrong things but I cant be precious about my cookware. It was a gift and I dont suppose I will ever be able to afford to replace it which is a shame because it was the best grill pan I ever had the pleasure to own.
